Parker Palm Springs Jewish Wedding

One of our favorite wedding venues in Palm Springs, California is the Parker Palm Springs. The Parker has a storied history and has always had a connection with Hollywood. Gene Autry purchased the estate in the early 1960’s to house his baseball team, The California Angels, during spring training. Even after the land was purchased to become a luxury French-inspired resort, Autry and his wife continued to live in a private home on the rear of the estate now known as the Gene Autry House. The Parker has continued its legacy in the years since as an exclusive luxury hotel and resort, not to mention a long-time favorite haunt for celebrity guests. Ashley and Ben chose the Parker Palm Springs for their destination wedding after an extensive search around California. Despite the Parker’s expansive grounds, weddings here always have an intimate, private, and luxurious vibe. The guest rooms, pool, pétanque court, croquet lawn, and lemonade stand are all connected by a maze of tree-lined pathways which not only make for a discreet and exclusive experience, but for some of the best wedding photography portraits in the Palm Springs area. The bride and groom prepared for their big day at the infamous Gene Autry House after a themed costume-party rehearsal dinner the night prior. Ashley and Ben opted for a small Jewish ceremony under a copper chuppah with floral details by Artisan Event Floral Decor, surrounded by their family at the Gene Autry House, and followed by a rambunctious and festive reception in the Parker’s grand ballroom with DJ James Gonzalez of Music Media Entertainment.
