Green Mountain Destination Wedding at the Pitcher Inn in Warren, Vermont

The Green Mountains in Vermont are known worldwide for their coffee, but these picturesque vistas are also home to the Pitcher Inn in Warren, Vermont—one of the most charming and idyllic wedding venues we’ve had the pleasure of photographing. Julia and Kevin’s rustic and elegant destination wedding was planned by the incredible Belinda Norris of Belinda Norris Events. The intimate and poignant ceremony unfolded under a covered bridge, an ideal venue as soft rain began to fall just before the ceremony began. The altar was appointed with a beautiful vintage rug with Julia and Kevin surrounded by over one hundred of their closest friends and family. After the ceremony, the wedding party and guests processed with the bride and groom through town, led by a bagpiper. The bride, groom, and guests arrived ceremoniously at the Pitcher Inn for the wedding reception. Tables were appointed with vintage silver vases with a patina that comes from generations of loving use, filled with gorgeous florals by Jayson Munn Design. Guests were gifted local Vermont maple syrup and dined by candlelight. The afterparty was similarly infused with intimate intention, with guests enjoying the company of each other over rounds of shuffleboard, pool, and a few shot-skis!
